Hosted by Free to Be Yoga & Movement Are you a certified 200-hour yoga teacher ready to expand your offerings?
Join us for Mind Body 26, an immersive 85-hour advanced training built around the classical Hot 26 sequence — a powerful, breath-based, and therapeutic practice rooted in alignment, structure, and stillness.
You'll learn how to confidently teach a 65, 75, or 90-minute Hot 26-style class, modify postures for a wide range of students, and refine your cueing, sequencing, and teaching presence.
Training Schedule:
• Weekend 1: Sept 26-28
• Weekend 2: Oct 10-12
• Final Practicum: Oct 17
• Fridays: 6-9 PM | Saturdays: 11 AM-7 PM |
Sundays: 7 AM-4:15 PM
Tuition Options:
• Standard Tuition: $1,099
• Early Bird Rate: $949 (paid in full by July 29)
• Free to Be 200-Hour Grads: $799
Payment Plans Available:
• 2 Payments: $550.00
• 3 Payments: $375.00
• Free to Be Grad Plan: 2 Payments of $399.50 or 3 Payments of $266.50
Final payment due before certificate is issued.
Who is this training for?
• 200-hour certitied yoga teachers
• Must show proof of Yoga Alliance certitication (or equivalent)
• Must have a general understanding of yoga postures

Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can shift. However, due to the limited number of spaces and the planning required for this training, our refund policy is as follows:
• Full refund available if cancellation is made before August 15, 2025
• 50% refund available for cancellations made between August 15 and August 31, 2025
• No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2025
