Weekly Ballet Technique & Mindfulness Summer Intensive
90-Minute Weekly Sessions
Students will engage in:
• Learning proper ballet technique and placement
• Strengthening their dance roots and artistry
• Exploring self-narrative, thought patterns, and emotions across all dance genres
Program Highlights:
• Yin Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork to close each session
• Focus on connecting the mind and body – essential tools for dancers
• Anatomy discussions and understanding movement patterns
• Designed for serious, committed dancers passionate about their craft.
Weekly Themes:
• Week 1: Ballet Focused – Long Lines, Hands, Feet, Eyes
• Week 2: Pilates & Performance
• Week 3: Strength & Injury Prevention
• Week 4: Turn Technique & Nutrition
• Week 5: Extensions & Overcoming Performance Anxiety
• Week 6: Leaps, Jumps & Port De Bras
• Week 7: Feet, Small Jumps & Musicality
Important Class Details:
• Doors open 15 minutes before class
• Attire: Full leotard, tights, and ballet shoes required
• Hair must be up and away from the face
• No cell phones, Apple Watches, or other distractions (DND or leave in car)
• Bring a water bottle
Pricing & Schedule:
• $35 per class
• 90-minute sessions
• Start Date: July 8
• End Date: August 19
Age Group & Times:
• Ages 10-16: Tuesdays, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Classes require a minimum of 4 dancers

24-hour notice: Payment will be applied to your next class
