Sunday Slowdown Yoga with Sandy

Sunday Slowdown is a small-group, gentle restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind, reset, and ease into the week to come. This slow-paced session focuses on deep stretching, mindful breathwork, and total relaxation. Expect to get cozy with supportive props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks as you settle into long-held, nurturing poses that soothe the nervous system. All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling calm, grounded, and connected.

*This is an all-levels class, perfect for beginners and experienced yogis!*
*Minimum of 2 students required to hold class.*
