🥗 Vegan Chèvre Chaud – creamy cashew-based ‘chèvre’ baked until golden, served warm over crisp greens with a light vinaigrette.

Mains
🍄 Mushroom Bourguignon – slow-cooked mushrooms in red wine with herbs and vegetables.

🥘 Vegan Cassoulet – hearty white bean stew with smoky tempeh and Provençal herbs.

Dessert
🍮 Vegan Crème Brûlée – silky vanilla-coconut custard with a crisp caramelised top.
