Introduction to Efficient Swimming kicks off on Wednesday, June 4th from 12-1pm at Rogue X in Medford, Oregon

We'll meet each Wednesday throughout the month to tune into your body in the water and discover how to move with ease and efficiency.

Make this the year that you commit to learning to swim with clarity, confidence, and control. Whether you're brand new to swimming or you've been muscling through laps for years, this class will help you feel more at home in the water—and enjoy every stroke along the way.
