Join us for a soul-nourishing evening to honor the Summer Solstice! This is the longest day of the year, a sacred turning point celebrating light, life, and abundance.
We will gather in sacred space to soak in its vibrant energy, set heart-aligned intentions, and tune our bodies and spirits to the rhythm of nature’s greatest fire.
This immersive sound bath is designed to support your personal expansion, joy, and radiance as we move into the fullness of summer.
Together we will:
• Ground with a guided meditation and solstice intention setting
• Reflect on what’s blooming in our lives, and areas where we need to shine a little more sun
• Experience a sound bath infused with the warmth and energy of the sun
• Work with the Solar Plexus & Heart Chakras to awaken empowerment and love
• Bask in golden light and embody radiance through movement or stillness
• End with a sharing circle and solar blessing ritual.
What to Bring:
• Blankets, pillows, yoga mat. Anything to bring ultimate comfort to your experience.
• Water to stay hydrated
