Join us for a powerful and nurturing healing journey designed to gently release deep-seated emotional pain and trauma from the body.
This immersive workshop combines the soothing resonance of sound healing with guided visualization, creating a safe, supportive space for emotional release, inner transformation, and deep soul restoration.
Through carefully curated healing frequencies, you'll be invited to reconnect with your inner self, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and allow your body and spirit to unwind stored tension and trauma with compassion and care.
What to Expect:
• A grounding opening circle to establish safety and intention
• Guided visualization to support emotional processing
• A deeply immersive sound bath including crystal singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and gentle nature sounds
• Quiet time reflection
• Optional group sharing and connection through shared experiences

What to Bring:
• Blankets, pillows, yoga mat. Anything to bring ultimate comfort to your experience.
