Yin/Yang Yoga ☀️ 🔥 🌕 🌊 designed for all levels—whether you’re a beginner or advanced.

This alignment-focused and therapeutic class encourages you to move and breathe at your own pace, with options to modify poses for your body’s needs.

After we move, we wind down into some gentle stretching and restorative poses

Settle into stillness and enjoy a sound bath savasana to finish

It’s a welcoming space to connect with others and show up for yourself, fostering mindfulness, healing, and balance. ✨

Stay for a breathwork session from 11-12:30

We have yoga mats and props but bring your own if you prefer 🤗
