A Gentle Hatha Flow designed for all levels—whether you're a beginner or advanced. This alignment-focused and therapeutic class encourages you to move and breathe at your own pace, with options to modify poses for your body’s needs. It’s a welcoming space to connect with others and show up for yourself, fostering mindfulness, healing, and balance. There will be a sound bath savasana to finish.


Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow or rolled up towel for neck support, a yoga bolster and/or yoga blocks if you have them! And a water bottle.

Stay for a free Breathwork session from 11-11:45am
