In this session, youâll be guided through parasympathetic and diaphragmatic breathingâgentle techniques that calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation. The focus is on breathing slowly in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth, unless nose breathing isn't accessible for you.
Weâll explore the difference between diaphragmatic and belly breathing, with an emphasis on expanding the rib cage while keeping the body relaxed. This natural style of breathing helps regulate stress and brings the body into a state of rest and restoration.
The experience is enhanced with soothing sound healingâincluding singing bowls, gong, chimes, and rain sticksâcreating a peaceful, nurturing atmosphere.
Whether you're new to breathwork or building on an existing practice, this class offers a supportive space to relax, reconnect, and breathe with intention.
