I have many clients that come to me haunted by Memories of trauma. Feeling like they have no Voice; aspects of themselves are hidden, or feeling Bound by the actions and thoughts of Others.
These are classic markers of Energetic & Spiritual Interference.
This is why I decided to create a workshop that deals with Memories, Shadows & Others. <3
Memories~ Traumatic memories leave imprints on our Souls & in our Bodies. These somatic energies pop up in the most inopportune moments, triggered by an experience in the moment. What if we could transform those memories, enabling us to respond to experiences from a position of Power?? We can. In this workshop I will guide shamanic healing, and teach you how to transform memory.
Shadows~ In our young lives we are governed by our parents values, and the values of a dominant society. Told what to do, how to act & what to believe. Natural, but... when natural aspects of ourselves are shamed or rejected, we place those aspects in the Shadow. This is protective, and natural... we need to be accepted & loved! However, as adults, reclaiming these aspects of ourselves becomes integral to our health as whole Beings. We bring these pieces Home, so that we can express ALL of our Gifts, integrate them so that we are coming from a place of wholeness. I will be guiding you into this experience of Celebration.
Alas, Others~ Oh, they do leave their imprints. On our Minds, Bodies & Spirits. In this part of the workshop we will practice unbinding ourselves, and each other, from the Negative Thoughts, Feelings & Beliefs of Others. Learning how we can untangle ourselves in Relationships, become more Sovereign in our own Beliefs and Values is essential to calming our nervous system, feeling safe, and it is Key to embracing the full expression of our Radiant Souls.
This is a FULL workshop, and honestly... we will be only touching the true depth of each of these subjects. However, I do have a few techniques that will efficiently address them. And I would love to share them with you~
This workshop is for folks who are wanting lasting practices that they can repeat in their own lives. No experience in the shamanic arts is necessary. And with those of you that have your own healing practices, as I am sure these techniques will enhance what you are already practicing.
This workshop is in person, in east Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. In my Healing Space, on 6 acres, with the Forest & a Creek hosting us. We will be working on the Ancestral Lands of the Katzie & Kwantlen People. I lift my hands to them in Gratitude, they have been Dancing, Drumming, Singing & Praying on this Land since the beginning. May they be Blessed.
Directions will be sent to you when you register.
~We gather at 6:30 pm on Friday, to approx. 8:30 pm. To introduce ourselves, and open the Circle. This work is Ceremonial in nature.
~We gather on Sat & Sun at 9:30 am, and practice until 4:30 pm at the latest. We may find we need to release the Circle earlier, and we will follow that direction.
~I will have a Soup or Salmon available for lunch, but please bring a dish as well. We will share a Potluck Lunch, as this is the Traditional Way. And you will have some time after to walk in the forest, or drive to the local coffeehouse. ;)
Honorarium for this Good Work is $440.
