Mother/Daughter Belly Dancing

This class offers a belly dancing experience for mothers and daughters (9 years and up). I will teach the do's and don'ts of belly dance posture, basic footwork patterns, and drills that strengthen key muscles while embracing playful, feminine energy.

Class focus, as always, is looking and feeling our best through the beauty of movement in a Positive Body Speak Zone and exclusive personalized atmosphere. Lots of fun!

Grandmothers, aunts, close friends welcome.
