Try Out Dance Classes

Do you love to DANCE but can’t find a class that’s right for you?

Why not come along to one of two TRY OUT DANCE taster sessions at Ludlow Women’s Centre at 11.00 on 14 & 21 August then join the regular group (same time and place) from September.

This class is made up of men and women in their 60s, 70s & 80s who enjoy moving. We learn a series of routines to a wide range of music.

It’s a fun class full of like minded people and we really don’t worry if we can’t get the moves or if we forget them - we’re just REALLY happy when we get them right! 🤣
