Try Out Ballet Class

Ballet is a fantastic way of building strength, improving posture, testing balance and increasing flexibility - all the things we want and need as we get older.

So why not ‘Try Out Ballet’ with Fit For Life Exercise Classes with Sophie. No experience necessary.

This class is beginner level and is designed for older learners although adults of all ages are welcome.
