Tickets are non-refundable. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the full advertised performances take place Karen Kay's Faery Events reserves the right to alter and/or amend the advertised performers event schedules performance timings (advertised or otherwise) without prior notice and without liability.

By attending any of our faery events events including the 3 Wishes Fairy Festival, you are entering into an area where photography, audio, and video recording are highly likely to be taking place.

Your presence and attendance signifies consent to be filmed, photographed, and recorded, and for your image, voice, and (potentially) name to be used by the 3 Wishes Fairy Team for promotional and celebratory purposes – including on social media, websites, and other fairy-friendly platforms.

By your presence at our events, you waive any rights to inspect or approve the use of such recordings, and release all claims related to privacy or compensation.

If you prefer not to be included, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the event area.
