A Living Tapestry Somatic Yoga Exploration with Dawn in Studio

Join Dawn in this 2 hour therapeutic exploration of the living fabric of the body! We will be taking a sensuous journey to feel the connectedness and interwovenness of all the body’s systems, muscle, fascia, bone, lymphatics, blood vessels and the nervous system-All with a focus on creating a deep sense of the inner body, to access strength, core support, freedom of motion and a deeper sense of emotional harmony. Dawn Morris, LMT, CYT 200, is a trauma informed practitioner. Props provided.
