Plan to arrive early to secure a seat inside the chambers. Check in at City Hall requires a license given to the clerk and they will print out a name tag for you to wear in the building. Chambers are located on the 2nd floor. It begins at 6 but if seats are full then they will not allow standing, and you will have to watch outside the room on a tv. Rena's in memoriam proclamation will be near the beginning of the meeting approximately around 6:15 and then we can all leave the meeting after it is completed.

Park in the Helix Garage just past City Hall by the police station on the left side of Main as you are driving down the street. When drivers licensing was downtown this is the garage, you went into for those services.
