Gong Meditation Sound Healing with Ronnie in Studio

Join Ronnie Brown in our gorgeous yoga studio space for a 90 minute Gong immersion and meditation experience. Ronnie is a Master Gongist, founder of Continuum Sound Healing, and our resident sound healer. Seating is limited. We offer mats, bolsters, and blankets. Feel free to bring any additional items of comfort you like!
