Full Moon Yoga & Soul Sounds with Colleen in Cave

Soulful yoga flow meets full moon magic. We'll flow through a gentle yoga practice in the salt cave to connect you with your body and breath, followed by an energy healing ritual that will include soul inquiry, deep meditation, and soothing sound healing. Led by Colleen Potter of Swell Life Wellness, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Intuition Practitioner, Health & Lifestyle Coach.
