EFT Tapping Circle

Every Thursday at 10am, join us for a gentle hour of emotional release, connection and calm.

This weekly circle is a space for you to breathe, share and reconnect with yourself. Through EFT tapping, we’ll work with intention on a sequence of acupressure points to ease the emotional load that often builds up in daily life as the main caregivers to our beautiful children.

The mental load carried by us is real, yet so often unseen or misunderstood. Here, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who truly get it. Together we’ll release what no longer serves us and leave feeling acknowledged, united and lifted.
