Summer Break: Sling Into Summer

Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! Curious about flying? Sling into Summer is your chance to get off the ground—literally! This beginner-friendly workshop introduces you to the fundamentals of Aerial Sling (also known as Hammock), a soft, looped fabric apparatus perfect for first-timers. You’ll learn foundational mounts, poses, and transitions, all while building strength, coordination, and confidence in the air. Expect a fun, low-pressure environment where play and progress go hand in hand. No prior aerial, dance, or fitness experience necessary—just bring your sense of adventure! We recommend wearing form-fitting layers that cover the backs of your knees and underarms (e.g., leggings and a fitted tee or long-sleeve). Please avoid wearing jewelry or clothing with embellishments that may pose an entanglement risk or otherwise damage the fabrics.

All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
