Summer Break: Circus & Flow Jam

Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! Step into the rhythm of the circus with Circus & Flow Jam, a high-energy workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of juggling, poi spinning, and silk fan flow. Whether you're vibing to the music or creating your own movement patterns, this class blends technique with creativity to help you find your unique flow style. We’ll break down the basics of each prop, then explore musicality, coordination, and freestyle expression through guided drills and open jam time. Perfect for curious beginners and seasoned flow artists alike—come to learn, connect, and play. Props provided, but you're welcome to bring your own!

All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
