Summer Break: Fundamental Flow

Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! Take your first pole skills and turn them into movement magic. Fundamental Flow is designed for students to learn the basics and link Pole Level 1 skills into smooth, confident combinations. We’ll focus on transitions, sequencing, and flow—working from spin to spin, incorporating simple holds, and exploring grounded movement to connect it all together. This workshop is ideal for newer students looking to reinforce their skills, improve body awareness, and gain comfort moving fluidly around the pole.

All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
