How to prepare:
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Most folks like to lay down during the healing journey, so bring mats/blankets/pillows. We also have mats, pillows and blankets you may use.

What is Sound Healing and Reiki?
Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to heal ailments of mind, body and spirit. These specific sound healing instruments and the intention setting meditations weave together to support our entire system coming back into homeostasis, from which all dis-ease finds healing. Sound healing has been scientifically proven to heal even the most tenacious of ailments. Come bathe yourself in healing sound to reset your system and feel deeply nurtured.
Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy.”
The reiki brings in a less common healing component as it accesses our energy field, and once the energy is clear and in alignment with our intention, things shift more easily on the mental, emotional and physical planes.
Neko has helped people heal physical ailments, addictions, sell their cars and houses, heal their pets, make more money, have better relationships with their lovers and family members, and gain the courage to live their most desired lives. She offers 1:1 and relationship sessions as well.
