Do you feel stuck in some way that is beyond a fix by your logical, problem solving mind?
Ancestral (or Systemic) constellations, a phenomenological process based on quantum science, can help us gain clarity around our inherited physical and emotional patterns and beliefs, and the ways in which we unconsciously repeat behaviors that perpetuate these entanglements.
As creatures of habit, we unconsciously take on destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, and other illness as a way of belonging to our families. A child will often sacrifice their own best interests in a vain attempt to ease the suffering of a parent, grandparent or other family member. Ancestral Constellations are a way of discovering the underlying hidden loyalties that resonate across generations.
In this four-part summer series, as the sun invites us to pause, we acknowledge both the ease and unease of the season. July and August, named for Roman emperors, echo a reminder of the lineage of imperial power and its historical shadow. For many of us, summer offers a vital respite from work and routine, a chance to reconnect with our authentic selves. Yet, within this freedom often lurks the tension of an impending return to the externally imposed expectations of school and work. In these sessions, we'll explore how such external pressures and internal resistances manifest in our relational/family systems, and in response, create space to gently unravel the knots of internalized empire.
We encourage you to join in for the entire series, but you are welcome to drop in as well. Read more about Ancestral Constellations here.
