Abundance and Ease: Reiki Yoga for Expansion and Spaciousness

Rest in restorative yoga postures complemented with Reiki, a stress reduction technique originating in Japan, through hands on (or above) assists. The combination of yoga and Reiki aids in restoring balance physically, emotionally, and mentally, reducing overall stress and tension. Practicing in a group provides a potent collective energy, deepening the healing experience.

No experience of yoga or Reiki necessary! All are welcome!
