Summer Strides Kid's 4-week program

Fleet Feet Columbia is hosting a 4-week long running camp for children ages 6-12. Participants will learn running drills, track/running etiquette, good sportsmanship, and play games at each practice. The purpose of this program is to inspire, build confidence, and encourage Columbia's youth to move more and have fun.
