This time we’re bringing you "Full Reset" – a 9D Breathwork journey designed to clear the mental clutter, release stored tension, and leave you feeling deeply recharged from the inside out.

💨 What is 9D Breathwork?
It’s not just breathing — it’s a guided, multi-sensory experience combining breath, sound, and vibration to take you deep into release and renewal. You’ll be supported every step of the way with mats, headphones, eye masks, and a clear introduction before we begin. During the session, you might feel emotional release, shifts in your energy, or a wave of calm and clarity.

🌀 The Full Reset Journey
This session is like hitting the “refresh” button for your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll move through the breath, use drumming for energy and momentum, and close with soothing crystal bowls to help your body integrate and settle into balance.
