📍Friday 15 August — Theory Evening (5:00 PM)

Get started with your paperwork, theory, and a guided breathwork session to help you master relaxation and breath-holding.
🤿 Saturday 16 August — Pool Session
Confined water training focusing on breath holds, dynamic apnea, safety skills, and refining your technique.
🌊 Sunday 17 August — Ocean Dive Day (Boat Dives)
Boat dives at Eaglehawk Neck, applying your skills with constant weight dives, free immersion, and rescue techniques in Tasmania’s spectacular marine environment.
