The second year running of Flow Community Movement Workshop! An immersive community movement event open to all ages, abilities and experiences, and for those curious to deepen further into their embodied creativity. Involving a local lineup of movement artists, visual artists and musicians based in lutruwita/Tasmania. Dance artist, Lily Alcock, will guide participants through somatic based practices, movement meditations, improvisation flows and breathwork, while visual artist Maggie Jeffries will be guiding self illustration exercises, and live drawing the moving bodies to take home as keepsake moments. Musicians Samuel Barnard, Jilli Bowey and Rodri Diaz-Icasuriaga will create a captivating soundscape throughout the workshop with handpans, sound bowls and Hz frequencies.
