welp, the dusty hearth of our community is being swept from under us, so lets celebrate its years of hard work with one final hurrah for the ages.

from rent rises to sewerage pits, this house has seen more than its fair share of pre-drinks, kick-ons, hungover hanger-ons and now it has come time to say goodbye the only way we know how.

There'll be bands and DJs and a decades worth of sharehouse junk to give away.
