Get ready to torch your muscles and unleash your inner fighter in Barre Fight – a high-energy hybrid class that combines the muscular endurance of barre with the power of cardio kickboxing.

In the first 30 minutes you'll bring the heat with 30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio kickboxing — punching, kicking, and sweating your way to improved endurance, coordination, and confidence. Then we will switch gears, and you'll move through dynamic barre sequences to work on your muscular endurance, improve posture, and build total-body strength.

Whether you're looking to build strength or release stress and boost stamina, Barre Fight delivers a balanced and badass workout. No dance or martial arts experience required — just bring your energy and a willingness to fight for your fitness goals.
