The #ThirstyTuesday social runs are usually mid-paced 5K to 7K runs in one group. Depending on the mood of the day and who is joining, we can slow down or speed up, go longer or go shorter or even run multiple routes, always keeping it social.
Welcome! And remember, you don't have to be a runner to join, but you may well become one. That's what MRC is all about.
