$5 Community Flow (Slow Flow Style)

Community Flow classes are offered at least once a week for only $5 per class, because yoga accessibility is one of our core values at Nirvana!

WHAT IS SLOW FLOW STYLE? Slow Flow is a like a moving meditation on your mat. In this slower-paced style, you’ll blend breath with deliberate movement, focus on your foundation and alignment, and hold poses for several breaths. Structured similarly to a Power Vinyasa class, but you’ll have more time to stretch and explore postures. Perfect for first-time yogis!
