108 Sun Salutations

Celebrate the summer solstice with us through the powerful tradition of 108 Sun Salutations: an energizing, meditative practice to mark the changing season and welcome in new light. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations helps build focus, endurance, and offers a sense of renewal and accomplishment.

We'll flow together outdoors (weather permitting), guided by Chelsea, Danny, Kara, and Brian– who you might recognize from practicing at the studio! All levels are welcome, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, and simply enjoy the energy of collective movement.

$20 | $16 for Unlimited Member

Weather permitting, this event will be held on the lawn just west of our building. Check in at the studio first. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll bring class inside!
