Join us for CARDIO DRUMMING - This class is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Our main rule with this class is : If you're moving - YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT!

Coach Sara started her weight loss journey in 2017 with cardio drumming classes in Elkhart and has been hooked ever since. Be prepared to get a little silly, a lot sweaty and smile/laugh more than you ever thought possible while working out.

Class runs from 6:00pm to 7:15pm - $10 DROP IN

This fee covers the use of all necessary equipment as well as a protein shake OR pre-workout energy bomb.
