Join Dr. Seher, a pelvic floor specialist for an empowering workshop designed to help participants connect with, strengthen, and release their pelvic floor through movement, breath, and self-awareness. In yoga, Mula Bandha is known as the “root lock”—an energetic and physical practice of engaging the pelvic floor muscles. But here’s the thing: sometimes, that lock gets a little too locked!
This workshop is all about finding balance—learning when to engage, when to let go, and how to unlock that hidden power within.
This workshop will explore:

✨ Sexual health & pleasure, releasing shame and embracing connection
