A mala necklace helps you in meditation by moving one bead at a time using a mantra to help you relax the monkey mind and go deeper into a relaxed state. We will choose focal beads specific to your energetic needs by looking at your Vedic Astrology chart. Then add your favorite beads to create your one-of-a-kind mala! Already have a mala? Make one for someone you love!
