Come join us for a fun and playful 1 hour dance session for you and your little one. Through simple guidance, we’ll create a space where you can let go, dance, shake, breathe, and move with whatever is present in your body and mind.
Whether your baby is in your arms, asleep outside, crawling on the floor, or exploring in their own way – you are welcome to join the dance and express yourself alongside other parents in a way that feels good for both you and your baby. This class is designed for babies up to 1 year old.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Marie has spent years exploring movement, music, meditation, embodiment, and dance. For the past six years, her primary focus has been contact improvisation—an improvised dance form centered around weight-sharing, touch, and movement exploration.
She is passionate about integrating these experiences into supporting mothers (to-be) and families, which led her to begin her doula education. Marie will also bring her 8-month-old son, Elliot, to join the dance.
