We are continuing our weekly Tuesday classes spring 2025!
FORMAT
We'll continue the overlapping format, where both classes are present for 30 minutes, one warming up, the other cooling down.
Besides that, our format builds on fun warm-ups, practicing flows and tricks, use of repetition and drills to experience progression clearly and the nerve-wrecking question of whether Hugo will be present.
TIME
⭐ 17:00-19:00 - Proficient level. Prereqs include ninjastar, corkscrew, ca 1 yrs practice.
