This marks Master Yang's first visit to Copenhagen since 2018, and he is eager to reconnect with former students and welcome new participants.

About Calligraphy Health
Calligraphy Health method is a moving meditation based in ancient chinese knowledge that enhances blood circulation, improves organ function and energy levels as well as calms the mind. Calligraphy Health teaches you how to move naturally, maintaining a continuous flow, free from force and tension – just like a fish in water.
Through specific movements, you learn the underlying principles, which, over time, enable you to apply them to any art or your daily activities. You learn to move with freedom, joy, and connection, first within your body, and then in your life.
About Master Yang
Master Zhen Hua Yang is the creator of Calligraphy Health. He is an energy expert, health expert and martial artist with more than 50 years of experience.
Master Yang started his own training when he was only 2 years old. His first teachers other than his grandfather and father, who were also Masters, were the martial arts and energy Masters from the Shaolin and Wudang Temples: Hai Deng from Shaolin, famous for his one-finger stand, and a Daoist monk from Wudang who taught Master Yang about Yinyang balance, Qi/energy and human longevity. Master Yang’s knowledge is steeped in ancient internal systems and techniques, his teachers’ influence, as well as his own personal experiences and realisations.
