Summer Hoops Basketball Skills Academy with N3xt Athletics and Elgin Parks & Rec

Each week, players will go through a scheduled routine to maximize their skills and for them to learn new drills to practice at home. A sample day will focus on: stretching and quickness/agility training, fundamental ball-handling, passing, and finishing drills, mini scrimmage games, shooting fundamentals, defense training and IQ, and fun skills competitions and drills.

Cada semana, los jugadores completarán una rutina programada para optimizar sus habilidades y aprender nuevos ejercicios para practicar en casa. Un día de prueba se centrará en: estiramientos y entrenamiento de velocidad/agilidad, ejercicios fundamentales de manejo del balón, pases y definición, minipartidos de práctica, fundamentos de tiro, entrenamiento de defensa y desarrollo intelectual, y divertidas competencias y ejercicios de habilidades.
