DESCRIPTION
Let's shake our bodies and minds to the vibrant beats of Latin American music!
Participants will be immersed in a self-exploratory experience with one objective: Discover their inner dancer and honor their unique way of feeling the music.
The session will start with floor stretching and meditation, followed by an exciting journey of non-stop freestyle dancing while learning the basic moves of different rhythms across Latin America.
No matter if you feel rusty or stiff or if you have never stepped on a dance floor, this is your chance to let it go!
