Summer Concerts in the Park: Husbandos & Counterclockwise String Band

Join Durham Parks and Recreation for a FREE summer concert featuring Husbandos and Counterclockwise String Band! This family-friendly series brings live music, good food, and great company to some of Durham’s most scenic parks.

About the Artists:

▪️ Husbandos is a Durham based jazz fusion band. Their combination of cinematic pop and funk is sure to elicit the stankiest of faces and leave listeners pondering the meaning of life.

▪️ Counterclockwise String Band brings their unique blend of traditional and contemporary bluegrass to central North Carolina and the surrounding area. The acoustic four-piece has been performing for over four years and has become an area favorite. Consisting of banjo, guitar, mandolin, and bass, their sound features tight harmonies and thoughtful musicianship.

Bring a blanket or chair, grab a bite from on-site food trucks, and enjoy the sounds of summer with us!
