NZ International Science Festival: The Return of Quantum Shorts

In honour of the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology 2025, catch the weird, wonderful, and stranger-than-fiction side of science on the big screen!

This screening will feature past winners of the international 'Quantum Shorts' competition, where the films are less than five minutes long and use live action, stop-motion, puppets, and everything in between to tell a quantum-inspired story.

Grab some popcorn, get comfy, and enjoy an evening of cringe-worthy dad jokes, emotionally-charged drama, and immersive sound and colour sequences in Tūhura Otago Museum's full-dome planetarium.
