Sunset Restore

In summer we can often be out and about much more and our energy becomes depleted. In this 90 minute session we will take time to slow down, and focus on what we need right now and leave feeling rejuvenated.

By the end of class we will be exiting the studio as the sun is about to set. For those who are keen (and weather permitting), Alan will lead you up Balgay Hill to take in the full spectacular.
