Inspired by the transformative arc of my six-week series Intro to Somatic Movement & Theory, this immersive intensive invites you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom in a single afternoon.

Whether you’re returning from the series or stepping into this work for the first time, this session offers a grounded space to:
