Each week, we invite you into a live 30-minute guided practice designed to reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom—one gentle, intuitive movement at a time. Rooted in somatic awareness and trauma-sensitive yoga, these sessions are more than movement—they’re a ritual for remembering.

Together, we’ll soften into themes like grounding, boundaries, fluidity, and emergence, weaving intention with breath, sensation, and presence. You don’t need to be “flexible” or “experienced”—just willing to pause, feel, and come home.

Live sessions are offered with care and spaciousness, and replays are available for those moving in their own time.
