Meditation Sampler Class

Join David Longhini for a meditation sampler class. He will dispel myths and provide a clear grounding on meditation. This class will cover what meditation is, why it helps, and the different varieties of ways to do it. We'll then sample a handful of meditations during the class. By the end you should have found a technique that resonates with you.
