About the event

Summer Solstice- Astrology, Yoga, and Sound Healing

Join Paula, Linda, and Carrie as they help guide you into the summer season. Paula will start the evening with discussion on the Astrology of the Solstice and the Summer season. Next Linda will lead a yoga class based on light, balance, and energy. Carrie will conclude the evening with the balancing energy of sound from crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
