If you’re looking for the PURRFECT mix of exercise and cuddles, look no further than this yoga (with kitties) experience.
All levels welcome!
Our feline residents are usually more active at night, making for a fun-filled session of poses and cuddles with our hooman yoga students.
Join RYT200 Yoga Instructor Damon Wilson as he leads you and the cats through this yoga journey.

Damon is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of education recognized by the Yoga Alliance. His training is through Vitality Cincinnati, with RYT200 continuing education through Sage Yoga in Yin Yoga. His primary focuses are Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
*Please arrive early to browse our menu and grab a beverage. Drinks are allowed in the cat room, food is not.
